The board voted 5-0 to continue the item and asked the applicant to provide a site plan showing the drain field and repair area.
Board members emphasized the small lot size and requested clearer septic documentation before making a final decision. The board also clarified that continuance would allow staff and the applicant to coordinate a site plan and relevant septic repair-area details for the June hearing.
