Resident and nearby property owner Carl Setman raised concerns about traffic, property values and whether approving this request would set a precedent for similar developments. Staff said parking documentation had been supplied to county staff for review. The board concluded that the proposal met the county's special-use criteria and voted to approve SUP-2025-00017.
