The Community Facility District number 1 board opened its Aug. 4, 2026 special meeting, conducted roll call and approved the minutes from its July 21, 2026 special meeting by unanimous vote.
A public hearing was held on the final assessment for Superstition Vista Assessment Area 8 but no members of the public spoke. District staff and counsel invited questions; none were raised. After completing the items on the agenda the chair adjourned the meeting; "I will now adjourn this meeting," the chair said.
District manager, district director and district treasurer each reported they had no report. The meeting ended following the two resolutions that the board passed unanimously earlier in the session.
