Board authorizes superintendent and business manager for state reporting and account signatory duties

The board approved a set of administrative authorizations to allow district operations to proceed. By motion of Corinne Suonvieri, seconded by Tracy Hutchinson, Superintendent Sue Hoeft and Business Manager Haley Walsh were authorized as responsible authorities for state reporting, electronic transfer of funds, making investments and signing agreements of pledged collateral. The motion carried by unanimous voice vote.
The board also approved corporate authorization resolutions on file with NorthView Bank that authorize Sue Hoeft, Haley Walsh, Board Clerk Corinne Suonvieri and Board Chair Leanaya Miller to have "authority to exercise" bank account privileges; the motion also approved authorization of Hoeft and Walsh at Northwoods Credit Union. These authorizations were recorded as motions and carried unanimously.
