Victor Jimenez said his empanada business offers multiple baked flavors and will attend weekly through November. Jamelle Bankos, owner of Saphira 7 Candle Co., said her candles are eco-soy, vegan and Leaping Bunny certified and that she uses fragrances she described as free of toxins. Other vendors showcased sewn goods, decoupage and small crafts and said they came to the market after seeing social posts or receiving invitations from organizers.
Organizers noted the market's role in promoting local entrepreneurs and asked residents to return weekly.
