The approved consent package included routine minutes from December and January, personnel notices and a set of extracurricular coach and advisor assignments for the 2025–26 school year. The minutes record no further debate on the dollar amount.
The action was taken during the board's regular meeting at the high school media center. The meeting minutes list the board members present as Chair Katie Howard, Andrea Haverinen, Julia Kicker, Sara Makela and David Treinen.
