Staff also asked that the commercial outlots mirror the town’s existing C‑2 standards, and proposed several non‑permitted uses for the commercial district (motor vehicle sales and service, motor vehicle service including body shops and washes, and self‑storage). Commissioners debated sequencing for the sidewalk and asked that the PUD text explicitly reflect R‑3 exterior material standards for residential portions; staff agreed to those clarifications.
