The Southwest Public Schools Board of Education on Oct. 13 approved the meeting agenda, the minutes from Sept. 15 and the district claims as presented.
John O’Dea moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Jennifer McConville; the minutes were approved on a motion by Duane Teter, seconded by McConville; the claims were approved on a motion by McConville, seconded by Brooke Brooks. Recorded ayes for the motions were Meyers, Brooks, McConville, Neseth, Teter and O’Dea for the agenda and claims; the minutes vote recorded ayes from Meyers, Brooks, Neseth, Teter and O’Dea. No nays were recorded in the minutes for any of these items.
The treasurer’s report was presented during the meeting. The board adjourned at 8:05 p.m. on a motion by O’Dea, seconded by McConville. Notices of the meeting were posted at local banks, post offices, the schools, published in the Valley Voice and on the district website. The next regular board meeting is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 17, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Southwest Junior-Senior High School in Bartley.
