Principals report NSAA sportsmanship award, Carl Perkins/CTE purchases, and two paraeducator hires

Principal Matt Springer told the board the school received an NSAA Division I Sportsmanship Award following the State Volleyball Tournament. Springer also reported purchases of equipment and supplies under the Carl Perkins and CTE grant awards and that two special-education paraeducators were recently hired.
Principal Tara Fries reported that the Early Childhood Advisory Committee reviewed the current preschool policy and recommended no policy changes. Fries said family engagement nights are planned for January, February and March 2026, that parent-teacher conferences saw high participation, and that the Veterans Day program was well attended and featured a strong student performance.
