She compiled topic submissions from directors and asked each director to provide their top three ranked choices by Monday, June 9; topic selection will be discussed at the next Study Session.
The Board also discussed bringing back the 'parking lot'—a standing list of topics to return to at future Study Sessions—to ensure important items receive deeper review. The Study Session contained no formal votes on professional development content or parking-lot items; both are procedural steps that will be finalized at subsequent meetings.
