Board adopts second-reading policies on legal status, district name, equity and complaints

On June 3 the Robbinsdale board approved second readings and adoption of Policies 101 (Legal Status of the School District), 101.1 (Name of the School District), 102 (Equal Educational Opportunity) and 103 (Complaints: Students, Employees, Parents, Other Persons). Director ReNae Bowman moved approval and Director Dr. Kenneth Wutoh seconded; the motion passed 6-0.
Board members also noted the Policy Committee will meet on June 4, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. at the Education Service Center to continue work on policy updates. No amendments to the listed policies were recorded in the minutes.
