Work session approves agenda, enters closed session for negotiations

During roll call the minutes list William Schmidt, Ken Lind, Kristin Papke, Teri Umbreit, Rory Roth, Kevin Haugrud and Brent Stavig as present; Kerstin Quigley is recorded as ex officio/other in attendance.
The board took several procedural votes recorded in the minutes: "Motion by Umbreit seconded by Roth to approve agenda as presented. Motion carried unanimously." Later, the board "Motion by Roth seconded by Lind to close meeting at 7:34 pm per state statute MN Sec 13D.03," recessed briefly, entered closed session, then "Motion by Roth seconded by Lind to re-open the meeting at 8:56. Motion carried unanimously." The meeting was adjourned at 8:57 p.m. on a motion by Umbreit, seconded by Roth.
