The district's Business Office presented the Fall membership and the FY26 Period 1 Adjusted Average Daily Membership (ADM) at the Nov. 20 meeting packet. The packet lists direct enrollment on Oct. 1, 2025 as 4,086 students; the Adjusted Enrollment (ADM) submitted to the Oregon Department of Education was 4,036.33 — a difference of (49.67), or -1.22%.
Site-level adjustments noted in the packet include Eagle Point High School (EPHS) direct enrollment 1,047 and adjusted ADM 1,028.09 (a difference of -18.91, -1.8%) and URCEO adjusted down by 19.85 students (-8.8%). The packet explains that ADM calculations use program multipliers, session days and other weighting factors under the Oregon Student Membership Manual and that the district’s FY26 Period 1 ADM was submitted to ODE.
The packet warns these ADM figures drive state revenue allocations; the Superintendent's report notes the December Revenue Forecast improved statewide revenue projections but that the Corporate Activity Tax (CAT) remains below earlier estimates, which could affect revenue tied to student funding.
