School Board Administrator and Board Secretary Michael MD McGarry recorded that the board accepted revised transfers and monthly financial reports for June, July and August 2025 and certified that no major account had been overexpended. The minutes state, "ROLL CALL VOTE: Abelman X Austin X Bagley X Dobak X Joseph X Madlinger Small X Walker X YES - 7 NO 0 ABSENT - 2 MOTION PASSED." The consent package also included a board acceptance of a $6,000 Wellness Grant from the School Health Insurance Fund and approval of a $1,000 stipend for the district's Wellness Champion, James Bowman.
The consent agenda incorporated facilities-related approvals discussed on the agenda: a construction change order reducing an allowance by $6,053 for Jak Construction Corp. T/A Diamond Construction and payment applications including Diamond Construction Pay Application #3 for $66,547.50 and DeSapio Construction Pay Application #11 for $23,665.93.
