The board accepted financial reports for the period ending Sept. 30, 2025, certified sufficient funds were available for the year, and approved bill lists for Sept. 24 and Oct. 16, 2025; the minutes list a total of $1,160,930.93.
The board recorded receipt of $120,721 in FY25 Extraordinary Aid and authorized transfers to specific line items including $81,848 for tuition to other LEAs and $15,000 to joint agreement–special education. The board approved construction payment applications for DC Building Systems (pay apps 23–25, including a final payment) and a change-order credit for Sunnyfield (M-4, -$344.41). A Special Education Tuition Contract with North Hunterdon–Voorhees Regional High School District for $134,491 was approved for a student whose name is on file with the Business Office.
