Board honors state and national champions, prizes staff; Oakwood Elementary spotlight highlights literacy goals

At the Feb. 10 meeting the board recognized student and staff achievements across the district: Wayzata High School Team 1 was honored as Minnesota High School Science Bowl champions (Jan. 25) and will advance to the national competition in Washington, D.C. in April; Central Middle School’s 7th/8th Grade Gifted & Talented team was recognized as 30‑20‑10 national champions.
