The Milton-Freewater Unified SD 7 board voted to open a checking account at First Community Credit Union and authorized signers during the April 14 meeting. Superintendent Aaron Duff presented the account request and listed authorized signers as Aaron Duff (Superintendent), Tara Lewis (Payroll Specialist), Robin Trumbull (Accounts Payable) and Denyce Kelly (Business Manager).
Don Miller moved to approve opening the new account, Duane Geyer seconded, and the board recorded a unanimous vote to proceed. The action authorizes district business-office staff to finalize account setup and manage district disbursements under the approved signatory list.
