The motion, moved by Director Andrea Shepard and seconded by Director Michael Klinger, carried with four ayes and one absence (Matthew Miksak).
The item drew public comment from Seph Petta, Jim Gragg, Tina Aranguren and Ed Powers before the vote. District Superintendent Ryan Rhoades provided staff input during the discussion. The board’s action authorizes a conditional letter of intent to serve the parcel while noting the property lies outside the district’s jurisdictional boundary.
