Board adopts revisions to advisory, equity, budget and other policies

Motions were moved and seconded by various board members and carried on recorded votes. For example, Director Dawn Watson moved to approve changes to BCF (Advisory Committees to the Board) and the motion carried; similar motions and recorded votes approved CEA (Educational Equity Advisory Committee), DBEA (Budget Committee), GCBD/GDBD (Sick Leave), GCBDE/GDBDE (Military Leave), JHCA (Immunization, School Sports Participation, concussions and Other Brain Injuries), JOA (Directory Information), and LBEA (Denial for Virtual Public Charter School Student Enrollment). The motions were recorded with yea votes by the board on each item.
