Deputy city staff explained the levy details: LMD 1 (Beazer Homes, 67 lots) will be assessed $14,128 with a 5% increase; LMD 2 (219 lots) will be $201,671 with a 3.9% increase and receives a $91,864 general-fund contribution to support shared community benefits; LMD 3 (82 lots) will be $113,099 with a 3.09% increase and a $32,270 general-fund contribution; LMD 4 (the largest, 562 lots) will be $605,507, reflecting a $182.56 annual increase for many homeowners and a planned $75,000 capital-reserve contribution to begin a phased Crestview Drive slope revitalization estimated at roughly $1,000,000 over multiple years; LMD 5 will be $75,739 (a 6.69% increase).
