Later the board approved the grant awards: "I move we approve the grant awards as presented, in the amount of $17,987.87," a motion made by Marc Staunton and seconded by John Rademacher, which passed unanimously.
The board completed first and second readings and adopted updates to policies and administrative regulations including graduation requirements (IKF and related ARs), school meal program rules (EFAA‑AR), class rankings (IKC), and materials distribution (KJA). It also authorized payment of OSBA Legal Assistance Trust dues ($1,600) and the OSBA annual dues invoice ($9,956.99). The board re‑adopted the amended 2025–26 school calendar with the addition of early‑release dates and adopted the district's 2025–26 board goals.
Votes were recorded in the meeting minutes for each motion; most items passed on 5–0 roll calls, and the OSBA Board nomination vote recorded one abstention (Steve Lowell) on that separate motion.
