During the April 8 work session, the board recorded adopt-a-school assignments: Mason Murphy (PELC), Ryan Lehnert (McKay), Jill Pace (Sherwood), Beth Harrison (Washington), Anne Keeler (SMS), Preston Eagleheart (PHS/Hawthorne) and Patrick Gregg (All Schools). Director Beth Harrison reported a positive visit to Washington Elementary prior to spring break.
The remaining board members viewed the OSBA Board Governance Essentials webinar by Vince Adams and discussed elements of board governance. The minutes note that Preston Eagleheart and Ryan Lehnert left the work session before the board training portion.
