Pendleton board approves personnel report, hires and resignations recorded

The Pendleton School District 16R board approved a personnel report at its March 4 work session that formalized new classified hires, certified resignations with effective dates, multiple extra-duty coaching assignments and volunteer coaching roles.
Human Resources Director Kevin Dinning presented the report. The record shows new classified hires such as Megan Hill (Paraprofessional, McKay) and several extra-duty and volunteer coaching assignments across sports at SMS and PHS; certified resignations listed included Meghan Hoyt (Kindergarten Teacher, PELC) effective June 9 and Zoe Reeder (Ag/FFA Teacher, PHS) effective June 9. Director Mason Murphy moved that "the personnel recommendations for the March 4, 2025 work session be approved as presented." Director Beth Harrison seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The board's approval authorizes the district to proceed with hires, accept resignations and post approved extra-duty assignments and volunteer appointments.
