The Mendota Unified School District Board approved several contracts and agreements during its June 11 meeting, including a contract for legal services with Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud and Romo and a Library and Digital Services agreement with the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools for the 2025–26 school year. The consent calendar also included approval for a MINGA Online Monitoring System subscription for Mendota Junior High and an All 4 Youth memorandum of understanding.
Trustees added Item 10.13 during the meeting and approved a TECOCALLI Cultural Academy agreement for the district's 2025 summer school program. Minutes record: “A motion to add Item#10.13 was made by S. Ochoa with S. Valdez seconding the motion. Roll call was taken, Item#10.13 added with vote of 7-0.”
Board approval of these agreements allows district staff to finalize vendor contracts and program arrangements for the coming school year and summer operations. Several of the items were approved on the consent calendar by roll-call vote.
