The board recessed briefly for a reception and later reconvened; after meeting business and a closed-session conference on real property transactions under Government Code Section 54956.8 the board returned to open session and adjourned at 3:49 PM. Tim Razzari moved and Dennis Hanks seconded the motion to adjourn; the motion carried 3-0.
