Garcia) — approved. - Contract Amendment No. 2 with the Arizona Department of Corrections to add parks and public works crews and extend wages to $1.00 per hour (moved by Councilmember Karen Schumacher; seconded by Councilmember Cesilia C. Garcia) — approved. - Marsh Development Inc. Modification No. 1 for the Fair Store glass sidewalk rehabilitation adding $8,776, paid from the project's grant contingency (moved by Councilmember Karen Schumacher; seconded by Councilmember Mel Sowid) — approved.
