Director Tyler Diep moved to approve the agreement; Director Andrew Nguyen seconded the motion, which the Board approved 5-0 (AYES: Contreras, A. Nguyen, M. Nguyen, Diep, C. Nguyen).
The authorization allows the general manager to finalize minor non-substantive adjustments without further board action. The Board did not identify any conditions or amendments to the staff recommendation during the vote. The decision follows routine intergovernmental agreements that set disposal rates and service frameworks between local agencies and county providers.
