The Barre Planning Board recorded the following formal actions on Nov. 10, 2025:
• Adopted a negative declaration of environmental significance and granted final minor‑subdivision approval to Stymus Farms for property at 13991 Maple Street (total subdivision area 1.72 acres). The action followed SEAF review and public hearing.
• Adopted a negative declaration and granted preliminary and final approval for a minor subdivision for Young Summer LLC / Heritage Wind LLC creating a parcel intended for a point‑of‑interconnection substation on Pusey Road (tax map 117‑1‑24212); the board noted reliance on prior Office of Renewable Energy Siting findings.
