Throckmorton CISD delegates authority to superintendent to purchase attendance credit under TEC Chapter 49

By unanimous vote, trustees delegated authority to the superintendent to obligate the district under Texas Education Code Chapter 49 to purchase attendance credit that nets Chapter 48 funding.
