TCISD board removes authorized signers from Interbank accounts

A motion to remove all authorized signers on the Student Activity Fund account was made and carried with six yeas and one abstention; the minutes show Trustee Terry Barrington as the abstention. The board separately approved removal of authorized signers on the Operating Fund Account, the TCISD Series 2021 and Series 2022 Bond Construction Accounts, the Interest and Sinking Account, and the Excess Revenue Account. That motion, made by Trustee Kena Whitfield and seconded by Trustee Whitney Waller, passed 7–0.
