Throckmorton Collegiate ISD board approves device policy, handbooks and policy updates

Trustee Cole Clark moved to approve the student device policy, and Trustee Terry Lowery seconded the motion; Trustee Whitney Waller made the motion to approve the handbook changes. Trustees cited alignment with state law and TASB guidance during the agenda-item discussion. The board’s roll-call votes were recorded: Yea: Brady Ash, Terry Barrington, Cole Clark, Terry Lowery, Sandra Redwine, Whitney Waller, Kena Whitfield. The board did not record any dissenting votes or abstentions.
