Throckmorton Collegiate ISD board confirms officers; Barrington named president, Waller vice president

At its June 18 meeting the TCISD Board of Trustees voted to confirm Terry Barrington as board president, Whitney Waller as vice president and Sandra Redwine as secretary; all three motions carried unanimously.
The Throckmorton Collegiate Independent School District Board of Trustees confirmed board officers during its June 18, 2025 regular meeting. Trustee Kena Whitfield moved to make Terry Barrington Board President; the motion, seconded by Trustee Cole Clark, carried on a 7–0 vote.
Following that action, Barrington nominated Whitney Waller as Board Vice‑President; the motion to confirm Waller was seconded by Trustee Terry Lowery and also passed 7–0. Trustee Cole Clark moved to nominate Sandra Redwine as Board Secretary; Trustee Kena Whitfield seconded the motion and the board approved it by the same unanimous tally.
