During the work session, Councilman Fitzpatrick reported that fees for subdividing the Armory property will be $5,000 and suggested the borough could pass those fees to a buyer via escrow. He also said the borough needs to construct a pole barn at Public Works to store equipment currently housed in the Armory and that costs vary depending on size and specifications.
Council asked staff to explore cost estimates and options for the pole barn; no expenditures or formal commitments were approved at the March 24 meeting.
