Mr. Orsina told the board, "It's my phone" when asked about photos and agreed to upload evidence to the portal.
Board member Mr. Shepherd moved to approve the application with the conditions in the planning memo; the motion was seconded and recorded as approved. The board noted that approval does not replace the need for a building permit from the building department before work can proceed.
