The board reconvened in open session at 7:23 p.m. and adjourned the meeting at 7:23 p.m. Board President Stephanie Korteweg opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m. and noted that "the notice of the meeting had been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551." No public comments on agenda items were recorded.
