The Joint Land Use Board of the Borough of Manville met on July 9, 2026, at the Manville Municipal Meeting Room. Chairman Jim Powers called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m., and the board recorded attendance and the required Open Public Meetings Act notice.
Board members voted to approve the minutes from the regular meeting of June 4, 2026. The agenda included two completeness hearings: the Greco application and, after a motion to amend the agenda, the Brunn application. The minutes record that the Greco application “was deemed incomplete due to the waivers.”
Borough Engineer Joseph Brosnan described the separate Brunn filing as a minor subdivision and said it “is for a lot line adjustment between their properties.” Following the agenda amendment the board likewise deemed the Brunn application incomplete. The meeting closed with no public comments recorded and the session adjourned.
