Stronghurst says USDA awarded phase 1 of well project; board applies for congressional community grant for phase 2

"Mayor Schaley asked for a motion to submit an application for Congresswomen Mary Millers community project grant for Phase 2 of our new water project," the minutes record. Trustee Michael Bohnenkamp moved to approve the application, Mike Swisher seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
