The Village of Stronghurst Board voted unanimously Dec. 1 to approve the village's levy ordinance. Mayor Brendan Schaley called for a motion; Trustee Michael Bohnenkamp moved to approve the ordinance and Trustee Nathan Hardeen seconded.
The board recorded unanimous approval. Present at roll call were Mayor Brendan Schaley and Trustees Amanda VanArsdale, Janice Smith, Paige Torrance, Michael Bohnenkamp, Nathan Hardeen and Mike Swisher. The ordinance was moved and passed during the Old Business portion of the agenda.
