Bohnenkamp later moved to approve the September financial statements (seconded by Amanda VanArsdale); that motion also passed unanimously.
Trustee Mike Swisher moved to adjourn the meeting; Trustee Michael Bohnenkamp seconded, and the meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m. The clerk's minutes were signed and filed as the official record.
