Trustee Mike Swisher moved to approve the minutes, and Trustee Janice Smith seconded; Trustee Michael Bohnenkamp moved to approve payment of bills, seconded by Trustee Nathan Harden; Trustee Janice Smith moved to approve the financial statements with Trustee Michael Bohnenkamp seconding. Each motion "passed unanimously," according to the minutes.
The approvals concluded the board's opening business and preceded department updates and presentations later in the meeting. No trustee recorded a dissenting vote on these items.
