The presentations preceded a vote by the board to select a firm to lead the search.
The meeting minutes list the four firms by name but do not record the content of their presentations, proposal terms, or comparative evaluations. The board subsequently voted to hire the Texas Association of School Boards to conduct the search, with one board member dissenting.
