Board seeks clarity after data show rising 'administrative' counts; staff points to classification changes

Cassie and other staff explained that changes to how positions are coded for REP reporting (some former instructional or support roles now classified as administrative; addition of deans) can make year-to-year comparisons misleading. Cassie agreed to work with HR (Jill/Cindy) to supply a staffing chart that maps current positions to reporting categories and shows the salary/benefit implications trustees requested.
