Wanklyn said quotes are being obtained for mini-split HVAC systems as a possible remedy to provide quieter, more reliable cooling without disrupting court proceedings. The commissioners reviewed this request alongside other FY2027 department budgets and asked staff to collect cost estimates to inform budget decisions.
