A commissioner offered the motion to approve the provisional license and described it as "for the retail sales and consumption on premises of wine at a wine specialty shop. No Sunday sales permitted." The motion was seconded and approved unanimously.
The provisional permit allows retail wine sales and tasting on the premises but explicitly prohibits Sunday sales under the terms discussed at the hearing. The county licensing office will finalize the permit paperwork and notify the licensee of any local compliance requirements.
