WALLER ISD awards CMAR contract for Elementary School No. 9 to Drymalla Construction

The WALLER ISD Board of Trustees voted 7-0 to award Construction Manager At-Risk RFQ#225-2025 for Elementary School No. 9 to Drymalla Construction and delegated authority to the superintendent and his designee to negotiate and execute CMAR contract documents. Director of Construction Scott Walker presented the recommendation.
Trustee David Kaminski moved to award the contract and Trustee Ronald Campbell seconded; the motion passed unanimously. The board record shows the motion carried 7-0-0. The action authorizes district leadership to finalize contract terms with Drymalla in support of the Elementary #9 project that is currently in design.
