WOCCISD principals flag vaping and registration issues during superintendent's report

Principals then gave brief campus updates: WOSH Principal B. McGrew identified student vaping as a problem and emphasized following district rules; Dr. Sigee discussed the use of vape detectors as part of the district response.
Other campus reports included WOSM Principal C. Henson noting an enrollment of 470 students and a focus on relationship-building and instructional accountability; WOSE Principal V. Oceguera reported 1,021 students and said registration had been problematic because of a new registrar but that the registrar was becoming more comfortable with systems; NELC Principal K. Carter reported 299 students and said she planned to focus on social-emotional learning.
