City Manager announces events, Facebook consolidation and emergency sewer repair contract

On a procurement matter, Sabo described an emergency storm sewer failure at an easement along 2807 Cardinal Drive that caused a private driveway to cave. He said the city executed a contract with Hoerr Construction Inc. to manufacture and install a custom cured-in-place pipe liner to repair the break in a not-to-exceed amount of $30,720.00; the City Manager indicated the ratification of the contract will be included on the May 12 council meeting agenda. The staff report directed residents to event registration links and provided contact information for Human Services for the Mental Health First Aid course.
