Third Lake approves consent agenda, including snow-removal and computer-equipment contracts

The Third Lake Board of Trustees approved its consent agenda at a regular meeting Oct. 21, voting to accept minutes, Treasurer reports and invoices totaling $24,192.69. The motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Trustee Van Zeyl and seconded by Trustee Honegger; Trustees Honegger, Mateja, Roesler and Van Zeyl voted aye and two trustees were recorded absent.
Included in the consent package were three resolutions: R24-10-01 authorizing execution of a snow-removal contract with Avon Township for 2024–2025; R24-10-02 appointing a new village clerk; and R24-10-03 authorizing a contract with DeKind Computer Consultants to supply new computer equipment for village use. The board also approved the Village Calendar for 2025, the Treasurer’s fund balances as of Sept. 30, 2024 and the Profit & Loss Budget Performance for September 2024. The accounts payable total recorded in the minutes was $24,192.69.
The consent agenda vote was recorded as: Ayes — Honegger, Mateja, Roesler, Van Zeyl; Absent — Hameister, B. Novak. No roll-call nays were recorded. No items were removed from the consent agenda for separate consideration.
