The Waller Independent School District Board of Trustees voted unanimously April 10 to approve a Purchase and Sale Agreement for about 15 acres of land intended for an elementary school campus and other district facilities. District attorney Ellen Spalding presented the agreement, which had been discussed in closed session earlier in the meeting.
Trustee Bryan Lowe moved to approve the purchase and to delegate authority to the superintendent or designee to execute necessary documents; Vice President Maria Herrera seconded. The motion carried 7-0-0. The board record lists the parcel size as "approximately 15 acres." No purchase price or seller name was disclosed in the open minutes.
