On snow removal and winter treatment, one member sought detail about the inserted word "treated," asking what chemicals would be used and whether they pose environmental risks to storm drains and waterways. "I don't know what treated means," a member said, asking staff to report back on what is being used and why. For special-events language, staff noted a forthcoming comprehensive events policy that will absorb gazebo and bandshell references; the draft replaces a 30‑day minutes filing requirement with a "timely manner" filing standard to match less‑frequent meeting cadences.
